Cardinera for business · launching soon

A system of record for the software your company buys.

Today the choice is a $50,000 enterprise suite or a spreadsheet. We’re building the missing middle for small and mid-size companies.

Priced by apps tracked, never by seats. Every plan will start with 30 real days free.

Built in layers, on one foundation.

The inventory comes first. Each layer after it answers a harder question.

1 · The inventory

Every app, agreement and renewal, kept current by forwarding invoices. Notice deadlines you hear about before they pass.

2 · Owners & teams

Who runs each tool, which teams use it, and cost roll-ups that match your org, not your ledger.

3 · Cost accountability

The management accounting view: who is costing the company money, and why, in plain sight.

4 · Overlap & waste

Three tools doing one job is money spent twice. Cardinera points at it.

Priced by apps. Never by seats.

Adding people never costs a cent, so everyone who can forward an invoice gets to. Plans and the full comparison live on one page: see pricing.

How the trial will work

Day 1: the full product, your real data, no gates.

Day 30: we ask if you’d like to pay. No answer means no charge. Ever.

Yes, that costs us the customers who “would have forgotten to cancel.” We don’t want revenue we’d be ashamed of.

What counts as an “app”?

One product you pay for or track: Slack is one app, Figma is one app, the in-house CRM you want on the record is one app. Its agreements and invoices ride along free.

Why price by apps instead of seats?

Seat pricing punishes you for inviting the people who make the data good. The size of your software estate is the size of the problem we solve, so that’s what you pay for.

I’m an individual or a household. Where’s my plan?
