This is a stub. The final Terms of Service will be reviewed and published before Cardinera bills any customer. Until then, the text below outlines the intended terms in plain language and is not a binding agreement.
1. The service
Cardinera is a system of record for the software, subscriptions, agreements and renewals you choose to track. You give it information by forwarding invoices or entering them; it organizes them for you.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your workspace. One person is the first admin of a workspace and controls who else may join.
3. Trials and billing
Family accounts are free and are never charged. Business accounts get a 30-day trial and are billed only if they opt in to a paid plan. We ask for a card to confirm you are a real customer; on the trial and on the free plan it is not charged. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. 4. Your data
Your data is yours. We do not sell it, share it, or mine it for advertising. Invoices are processed by software, not read by staff. You can export your data and you can delete your workspace. Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, to send spam through the intake address, or to attempt to access another customer's data. We may suspend accounts that do.
