This is a stub. The final Privacy Policy will be reviewed and published before Cardinera processes customer data at scale. The plain-language summary below reflects our intended practices and the promise on our home page.
The short version
We don't sell your data, share it, mine it for ads, or read what you subscribe to. Your invoices are processed by software, not by people. That's the whole policy — everything below just says it more precisely.
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, workspace name), the subscription and agreement information you enter or forward to your intake address, and basic technical data needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
Only to provide Cardinera to you: to build your inventory, remind you about renewals, and keep your workspace isolated and secure. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we never sell it.
Payment data
Card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers. We keep only what we need to know which plan you're on.
Your control
You can export your data and delete your workspace at any time. Deleting your workspace removes your data from the live service.
